What happens if something I bought arrives damaged?

If this happens please contact us (support@riddleandgreen.com). In most cases we’ll just need a photo of the damaged item(s) and you will receive a FULL REFUND, along with our sincere apology!

 

What happens if the items I receive are not the ones I've ordered?

You should contact us (support@riddleandgreen.com). If there was any mix-up in packaging and you didn't receive the item(s) you ordered you will get a FULL REFUND!

 

My order never arrived! Now what?

If 20 days after your purchase you still haven’t received your order, please contact us and we’ll get to the bottom of this ASAP! If you don't receive your order and it's our fault you will get a FULL REFUND!

 

How do I return an item to get a refund/exchange?

Returns are easy at Riddle & Green. Just drop us a line and we'll give you specific instructions on how to send the item to our returns center for processing. And you'll get your replacement or refund in a snap!

 

I’m not satisfied with my purchase! At all! Now what?

We strive to satisfy all our customers. If for whatever reason you're not happy with your order let us know! We will do our best to make things right, until you 100% satisfied with the end result.
